Study on Incidence of Ventricular Premature Beats And Continuous Heart Rate Retarding Force in Different Parts of Type 2 Diabetes Patients
Objective To analyze incidence of ventricular premature beats in different parts of patients with type 2 diabetes and deceleration force of continuous heart rate. Methods The paper chose 156 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 as observation group for study, and 112 healthy middle-aged and elderly physical examinees with ventricular premature beats in the same period as control group. All study subjects were examined with dynamic electrocardiogram analysis system(Hangzhou Baihui Medical Equipment Co.,Ltd.,Zhejiang Machinery Registration No.20192070122,Specification:CT-083S),24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram results were recorded and replayed.Observation group was additionally treated with hypoglycemic treatment, with treatment period of 2 months and follow-up of 1 month. Results Comparison of electrocardiogram examination between two study groups showed, incidence of atrioventricular block, atrial fibrillation,ST-T segment changes, and sinus tachycardia in control group was lower than observation group before and after treatment, while incidence of various abnormal situations in observation group was lower than before treatment.Comparison of incidence of premature ventricular contractions in various parts of observation group before and after treatment showed, incidence of premature ventricular contractions in right ventricular apex, right ventricular outflow tract, left ventricular apex, and left ventricular outflow tract after treatment was lower than before treatment.Comparison of continuous heart rate deceleration force characteristics of ventricular premature beats in different parts of observation group before and after treatment showed, abnormal rates of DRs in left ventricular outflow tract before and after treatment were higher than right ventricular outflow tract, right ventricular apex, and left ventricular apex in observation group, data were significant different statistically,(P<0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetes patients may have abnormal ECG likely, effective hypoglycemic treatment can reduce incidence of abnormal ECG.Compared with other parts, left ventricular outflow tract is more likely to have malignant arrhythmia, with higher risk of sudden death.Clinical attention should be paid to heart function of patients with type 2 diabetes, timely and effective treatment should be provided to improve survival rate and prognosis of patients.
