Clinical Analysis of Transvaginal Bladder Neck Suspension in Treatment of Female Stress Urinary Incontinence
Objective To explore clinical effect of transvaginal bladder neck suspension in treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.Methods The paper chose 80 female patients with stress urinary incontinence admitted to Suqian City Shuyang Minghe Hospital from March 2021 to January 2023,and divided them into observation group(n=40 cases)and control group(n=40 cases)randomly with digital table method.Control group was treated with adjuvant treatment propafenone and uterine support,while observation group with vaginal bladder neck suspension treatment.Treatment effect,life quality and sexual function was compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ICI-Q-SF scores in observation group were significantly lower than control group,while I-QOL and PISQ-12 were significantly higher than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal bladder neck suspension can achieve definite effect in treatment of female stress urinary incontinence,can improve life quality and sexual life of patients effectively,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
