Influencing Factors of Central Neuropathic Pain after Stroke
Objective To analyze influencing factors of central neuropathic pain(CPSP)after stroke. Methods The paper chose 187 cases of acute cerebral infarction or cerebral parenchymal hemorrhage from April 2021 to October 2022 as study subjects for prospective study, with follow up for 1/3/6/12 months, and analyzed incidence of CPSP and pain VAS scores statistically,to explore relevant risk factors for CPSP incidence based on data analysis of general patients with single and multiple factor logistic regression analysis. Results There were 26 cases(14.23%)of CPSP,pain VAS scores were(4.12±0.56),(3.88±0.48),(3.91±0.49),and(4.01±0.47)respectively for follow up of 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed, hyperlipidemia, arrhythmia, renal function, and NIHSS scores were all independent risk factors for incidence of CPSP.Conclusion CPSP is associated with factors of hyperlipidemia, arrhythmia, renal function and NIHSS scores.Reasonable measures should be taken to prevent and reduce risks of occurrence.
