Effect of Nourishing Yin,Relieving Cough,and Relieving Miscarriage Formula for Pregnancy Cough and Influence on Symptom and Sign Scores
Objective To explore effect of nourishing yin,relieving cough,and relieving miscarriage formula in treatment of pregnant cough patients and its influence on symptom and sign scores.Methods The paper chose 68 pregnant cough patients admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to April 2023 as data analysis objects,and divided them into two groups:control group and observation group with digital random table method,with 34 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment with cefradine capsules,while observation group with cefradine capsules combined with nourishing yin,relieving cough,and relieving miscarriage formula.Clinical effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptom and sign scores,and incidence of adverse pregnancy were compared between two groups.Results Comparison of treatment effect between two groups showed,treatment effective rate of observation group was 94.12%,higher than 76.47%in control group,difference was significant(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine symptom and sign scores comparison showed,daytime cough scores(0.28±0.20),nighttime cough scores(0.33±0.24),and total symptom and sign scores(11.94±1.03)in observation group were lower than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse pregnancy in observation group was 2.94%,lower than 17.65%in control group,difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nourishing yin,relieving cough,and relieving miscarriage formula can achieve significant effect for for pregnant cough patients,which is worthy of promotion and applicatino on a large scale in clinical treatment schemes.
