Effect Analysis of Case Teaching Film Reading Mode in CT Imaging Teaching
Objective To explore application effect of Case Based Learning(CBL)film reading mode in CT imaging teaching.Methods The paper chose 62 physicians in radiology department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 as subjects,treated with CBL early reading mode during CT imaging teaching,and investigated teaching effect with self-designed feedback questionnaire.Results CT imaging teaching has some certain help in improving learning interest and efficiency of imaging physicians,with obvious advantages in consolidating clinical diagnostic skills,improving construction of imaging knowledge system,cultivating scientific thinking ability and learning spirit.90.32%of participants believed feedback and guidance from second line teachers was the most important part.in terms of improving diagnostic ability of different system diseases,nervous system and head and neck(56.45%),digestive system(70.97%),and urogenital system(51.61%)was three systems participants considered to benefit the most.However,understanding of skeletal muscle and joint system(30.65%)and circulatory system(25.81%)should be improved.The most significant improvement was imaging diagnostic ability and learning thinking of participants(75.81%),systematic cognition and diagnosis of clinical diseases(64.52%),case sharing skills,and teaching skills(59.68%).Conclusion CBL film reading mode can help improve application ability and clinical skills of CT imaging diagnostic trainees,which is worthy of reference.
