Application Research of Case Study Combined with Scenario Simulation Teaching Method in Nursing Teaching of Hemodialysis Room
Objective To study application effect of case study combined with scenario simulation teaching method in nursing teaching of hemodialysis rooms.Method:The paper chose 30 nursing staff in hemodialysis room of our hospital for learning from June 2021 to June 2023 as research subjects.15 nursing staff in routine group were treated with routine nursing education from June 2021 to June 2022,and 15 nursing staff in combination group with case-based scenario simulation teaching method from June 2022 to June 2023.Assessment results between two training groups were compared,teaching methods by two groups of teachers and group members were evaluated by questionnaire survey.Results Combination group members showed better theoretical knowledge,professional skills,and comprehensive abilities than routine group(P<0.05).Scores of progress arrangement,work pressure,teaching difficulty,and teacher-student communication of teaching plan by teachers in combination group were higher than routine group(P<0.05).Evaluation of combination group members on novelty,improvement of learning ability,communication ability,clinical thinking ability,and humanistic care ability of teaching plan was higher than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Case study combined with scenario simulation teaching method can improve teaching quality significantly,achieve training goal of improving theoretical knowledge,professional skills,and comprehensive abilities of nursing staff effectively in nursing teaching in hemodialysis room,with high evaluation of teaching plan from teachers and team members.
