Application and Effect Research of King's Interactive Compliance Theory in Layered Training and Education of Obstetric Nurses
Objective To study application and effect of King's interactive compliance theory in hierarchical training and education of obstetric nurses. Methods The paper chose 64 N0-N4 level nursing staff officially employed in a certain hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 and worked in obstetric ward for at least 1 year as research subjects, and divided them into two groups evenly according to randomization grouping method, namely experimental group and control group, with 32 cases in each group.32 nursing staff in experimental group were trained with content based on King's interactive compliance theory on the 317 nursing APP platform.32 nursing staff in control group with traditional nursing stratification and education methods based on explanation and demonstration of teachers.Training scores,self-learning abilities, and core competencies of registered nurses were compared between two groups. Results After teaching, training scores of experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Self-learning ability of experimental group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Core competencies of registered nurses in experimental group were significantly stronger than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective application of King's interactive compliance theory can greatly enhance subjective initiative of trainers and nurses in hierarchical training and education of obstetric nurses, help them gain more theoretical knowledge and practical skills in training and education at different levels, improve training performance, enhance learning ability and core competencies of registered nurses, increase promotion opportunities, reduce pressure, and enhance sense of professional belonging.
