Effect of Operating Room Nursing Intervention on Hypothermia Improvement and Complications of Patients with Laparoscopic Surgery in General Surgery
Objective To analyzed effect of operating room nursing interventions for patients with laparoscopic surgery in general surgery and improvement of hypothermia and complications. Methods The paper chose 80 patients with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly.Single group was treated with routine nursing intervention, experimental group with surgical room nursing intervention, with 40 cases in each group.Subsequently, low body temperature and heart rate, satisfaction degree, incidence of complications, nursing effect, and clinical indicators including awakening time, extubation time, and surgical time were compared analyzed between two groups. Results Observation of heart rate and hypothermia between two groups showed, experimental group had better intraoperative hypothermia and heart rate than single group(P<0.05).Observatio of satisfaction degree between two groups showed, total nursing satisfaction degree in experimental group(95.00%)was significantly higher than single group(75.00%)(χ2=6.274,P<0.05).Observatio of complications between two groups showed, total incidence of complications in experimental group(10.00%)was lower than single group(27.00%)(χ2=4.020,P<0.05).Observatio of nursing effect between two groups showed, total effective rate of nursing in experimental group(97.50%)was higher than single group(80.00%)(χ2=6.134,P<0.05).Observation of clinical indicators between two groups showed, experimental group had lower awakening time, extubation time, surgical time, and intraoperative bleeding than single group(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room nursing intervention can improve intraoperative hypothermia of patients with laparoscopic surgery in general surgery department effectively, with significant nursing effect.
