Objective To observe effect of ear tip bloodletting therapy combined with emotional care on immediate blood pressure reduction of hypertensive patients.Methods The paper chose 60 hypertensive patients from January 2022 to January 2023,and divided them into groups for study,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment and general psychological intervention,while observation group with ear tip bleeding therapy combined with emotional nursing.Intervention effect was observed.Results After intervention,observation group showed better immediate antihypertensive effect than control group,while SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of ear tip bloodletting therapy and emotional nursing intervention can quickly reduce blood pressure and improve adverse emotions of hypertensive patients significantly after treatment,which has good effect.
