Interventional Effect Analysis of Early Enteral Nutrition Support Nursing Combined with Cognitive Behavioral Nursing for Uremic Patients During Blood Purification Treatment
Objective To explore clinical nursing intervention effect of early enteral nutrition support nursing combined with cognitive-behavioral nursing treatment for uremic patients during blood purification.Methods The paper chose 94 patients with uremia with blood purification treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2022,and divided them into control group and study group randomly with envelope method,with 47 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while study group with additional early enteral nutrition support combined with cognitive-behavioral nursing.After same nursing intervention time,nutritional status,psychological stress,and life quality between two groups was compared.Results There was no difference in nutritional status between two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05).After nursing intervention with same time,nutritional status in study group was significantly better than before nursing intervention(P<0.05),nutritional status of study group was better than control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in psychological stress between two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05).After nursing intervention with same time,psychological stress between two groups was better than before nursing intervention(P<0.05),improvement in study group was better than control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in QOL scores between two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05).After nursing intervention with same time,those of two groups were higher than before nursing intervention(P<0.05),life quality in study group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing plan can improve nutritional status,alleviate negative emotions,and enhance life quality of uremic patients.
