Application Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Scheme for Lumbar Disc Herniation
Objective To explore intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme for patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Zhongshan Chenxinghai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into groups based on traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,treated with nursing intervention based on traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme.Clinical symptoms of lumbar disc herniation of patients before intervention,disease information of patients 3 months after intervention were collected.Patients before intervention were included in control group and those after intervention in observation group.Degree of lumbar pain,lumbar dysfunction index,and clinical symptom improvement was compared.Results After intervention,NRS scores,ODI,and RMDQ scores of patients with lumbar disc herniation significantly improved,those of observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Scores in walking,standing,bending,bed rest,dressing,sleep,self-care,and daily activities in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme can alleviate clinical pain symptoms,restore lumbar functional activity,and promote physical recovery of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
