Clinical Nursing Strategies For Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Combined with Left Heart Failure
Objective To explore application strategy of clinical nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with left heart failure.Methods The paper chose 68 patients with acute myocardial infarction and left heart failure in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 as study samples.34 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing nursing,and experimental group with targeted nursing nursing.Clinical nursing effect between two groups was explored.Results After targeted nursing,clinical nursing parameters and life quality scores in experimental group were significant better than control group.At the same time,nursing satisfaction degree in experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing interventions can provide targeted and high-quality nursing services for patients with acute myocardial infarction and left heart and kidney failure,maximize nursing satisfaction degree,and improve clinical parameters of patients.
