Objective To analyze the application effect of one department and one product high-quality nursing service in urology department.Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to Urology Department of DuAn Yao Autonomous County People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by coin toss method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing services of one department and one product.The rehabilitation indexes(indentation time of each pipe,exhaust time,defecation time,out-of-bed activity time,postoperative hospitalization time),vital signs indexes(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate)before and after nursing,and the total incidence of complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The vital signs indexes of the two groups were similar before and after nursing(P>0.05),and all of them decreased after nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The rehabilitation index of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality nursing service of one department and one product is helpful to improve the rehabilitation effect,relieve the physical stress reaction and reduce the total incidence of complications in urology patients,and is worth popularizing and using.
