Application Research on Health Education Collaborated with Evidence Based Nursing in Prevention and Control of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease Infection of Children
Objective To explore effect of health education collaborated with evidence-based nursing in prevention and control of hand,foot,and mouth disease infections of children.Methods The paper chose 80 cases of pediatric hand,foot,and mouth disease infections from May 2021 to May 2023,and divided them into routine group and experimental group randomly,40 cases in each group.Routine group was treated with routine nursing intervention only,while experimental group with collaborated evidence-based health education.Nursing effect between two groups was observed and was compared.Results Experimental group had shorter fever relief time,rash resolution time,oral herpes resolution time,and length of stay than control group,P<0.05.Effective mastery rate of hand,foot,and mouth disease health knowledge of family members in experimental group was 92.50%,that of control group was 72.50%,P<0.05.Total satisfaction degree of nursing of family members in experimental group was 95.00%,that of control group was 75.00%,P<0.05,all indicators were statistically significant.Conclusion Collaborative application of health education and evidence-based nursing can accelerate recovery of children with hand,foot,and mouth disease infection,improve their mastery of health knowledge,which is worthy of reference.
