摘要

目的 分析个性化健康教育在老年高血压临床护理中的运用.方法 选取老年高血压患者80例为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.其中,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行个性化健康教育,对比护理效果.结果 观察组护理效果优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对高血压患者进行个性化健康教育护理,可以改善患者不良生活方式及疾病行为,提高血压控制情况.

Abstract

Objective To analyze application of personalized health education in clinical nursing of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods The paper chose 80 elderly patients with hypertension,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with personalized health education.Nursing effect was compared.Results Nursing effect of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized health education nursing can improve unhealthy lifestyle and disease behavior,and enhance blood pressure control of hypertension patients.
