Objective To summarize value of color Doppler ultrasound technology in diagnosing carotid atherosclerosis of patients with cerebrovascular diseases.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with cerebrovascular diseases at Rugao City the Third People's Hospital from July 2021 to February 2023 as observation group,and 60 patients with non cerebrovascular diseases in the hospital during the same period as control group for retrospective study,with color Doppler ultrasound examination.Detection rates of carotid artery atherosclerotic plaques between two groups were statistically compared,different types of carotid artery plaques between two groups were analyzed,color Doppler ultrasound imaging manifestations of different types of cerebrovascular diseases were summarized.Results Total detection rate of carotid artery atherosclerotic plaques in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),probability of detecting hard plaques,soft plaques,and mixed plaques was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound technology can diagnose carotid atherosclerosis of patients with cerebrovascular diseases clinically,master plaque types,provide reliable imaging and data support for clinical practice,which is worthy of application and promotion.
