摘要

目的探究电子健康素养对高龄妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠压力的影响.方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月在本院进行产前检查的高龄妊娠期糖尿病孕妇91例为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、电子健康素养量表、妊娠压力量表对其进行问卷调查,总结高龄妊娠期糖尿病孕妇电子健康素养、妊娠压力评分,并分析妊娠压力及其各维度与电子健康素养及其各维度之间的相关性.结果调查显示高龄妊娠期糖尿病孕妇电子健康素养得分(15.49±3.45)分、妊娠压力得分(50.73±11.76)分;相关性分析显示高龄妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠压力及其维度与电子健康素养及其维度之间有负相关,相关系数(r=-0.867～-0.217,P<0.05).结论高龄妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠压力随着电子健康素养的降低而升高.

Abstract

Objective To explore effect of electronic health literacy on pregnancy stress of diabetic puerpera with advanced age.Methods The paper chose 91 diabetic puerpera with advanced age Prenatal examination in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022,with investigation of general information questionnaire,electronic health literacy scale and pregnancy pressure scale,summarized their electronic health literacy and pregnancy pressure scores of,and analyzed correlation between pregnancy pressure and related dimensions and electronic health literacy and related dimensions.Results Survey showed,scores of electronic health literacy and pregnancy stress of diabetic puerpera with advanced age were(15.49±3.45)and(50.73±11.76)respectively.Correlation analysis showed there was negative correlation between pregnancy stress and its dimensions and electronic health literacy and its dimensions,correlation coefficient was r=-0.867～-0.217,P<0.05.Conclusion Pregnancy stress of diabetic puerpera with advanced age increases with decrease of electronic health literacy.
