Application Value Experience of Ultrasound Breast Imaging and BI-RADS Grading in Screening of Female Breast Cancer
Objective To explore application value of ultrasound breast imaging and BI-RADS grading for female breast cancer screening. Methods The paper chose 80 ultrasound images of breast masses with BI-RADS scores of Ⅲ-V among 2656 female patients aged 35-64 with breast screening in our hospital from May 2022 to September 2022 for analysis. There were 10 cases classified as grade Ⅳa or above by BI-RADS.Cases classified as grade Ⅳa or above by BI-RADS were diagnosed through puncture biopsy or direct surgical resection.Results:5 cases of breast cancer and 5 cases of breast fibroma were diagnosed among 80 cases of breast masses, malignant masses accounted for 10%among the BI-RADS classification Ⅲ cases, malignant tumors accounted for 50%among cases classified as grade Ⅳa or above by BI-RADS.Conclusion The study showed, ultrasound breast imaging reports and BI-RADS grading can achieve high application value in determining benign and malignant nature of breast masses.During evaluation of breast masses,BI-RADS classification can accurately distinguish malignant from benign masses.in addition, ultrasound image reports can provide detailed information including tumor morphology and echo characteristics, help doctors make further diagnosis, which can provide important reference for doctors in terms of screening breast cancer and early intervention.
