Social Distancing Survey and Influencing Factors Analysis of Cervical Cancer Patients
Objective To investigate current situation of social alienation of cervical cancer patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods The paper chose 137 cervical cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 as research subjects,surveyed with general information questionnaire and General Social Dissociation Scale(GAS).Results The paper distributed 137 survey questionnaires,and collected132 effectively,with an effective response rate of 96.35%.Social distancing scores of cervical cancer were(39.76±6.52)points.There was statistically significant difference in level of social alienation of cervical cancer patients with different educational levels,family income,cancer staging,and cancer metastasis(P<0.05).The incorporated significant items from univariate analysis as independent variables into multiple linear regression model statistically with dependent variable of social distancing level of cervical cancer patients.Results of multiple linear regression analysis showed educational level of patients,monthly family income,cancer stage and cancer metastasis was influencing factors of social alienation of cervical cancer patients.Conclusion Cervical cancer patients have moderate to lower level of social distancing.Special attention should be paid to social distancing of patients with low education,low income,stage Ⅳ cancer,cancer metastasis,and postoperative cervical cancer.It is necessary to take effective nursing interventions to reduce social distancing of cervical cancer patients,to ensure their life quality and recovery from the disease.
