Curative Effect Observation of Superpulse CO2 Lattice Laser Combined with Tacrolimus Ointment in Treatment of Vitiligo
Objective To analyze effect of ultra pulsed CO2 lattice laser combined with tacrolimus ointment in treatment of vitiligo.Methods The paper chose 92 vitiligo patients admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to December 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 46 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine topical tacrolimus ointment,while observation group with ultra pulsed CO2 dot matrix laser.Clinical Effect,pigment scores,lesion area,QOL(life quality),and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in scores of skin lesions,pigmentation,and life quality between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,total clinical effective rate,life quality,and pigmentation scores of observation group were higher than control group,skin lesion area and total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultra pulsed CO2 lattice laser combined with tacrolimus ointment can improve disease knowledge,promote pigment recovery,and reduce skin lesion area of vitiligo patients,which is recommended in clinical practice.
