Objective To understand clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with exercise rehabilitation in treatment of acute stroke hemiplegia.Methods The paper chose 200 patients with acute stroke hemiplegia from January 2021 to January 2023 in our hospital as study samples,and divided them into observation group and control group with systematic grouping mehtod,with 100 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with exercise rehabilitation,and control group with exercise rehabilitation.Curative effect was compared between two groups.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was 98.00%,significantly higher than 91.00%in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,NIHSS scores of observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,performance in observation group(FMA,ADL scores)was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of acupuncture and moxibustion and exercise rehabilitation therapy can achieve significant clinical effect for acute stroke hemiplegia,improve living ability of patients.
