Application Effect and Feasibility Analysis of Hydroxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Tablets Combined with Olanzapine in Treatment of Cancerous Visceral Pains
Objective To explore application effect and feasibility of hydroxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with olanzapine in treatment of cancerous visceral pain patients.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with cancerous visceral pain admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023,and divided them into two groups in average with random number table method,with 40 cases in routine group and 40 cases in combination group.The former was treated with routine hydroxycodone sustained-release tablets only for pain relief,while the latter combined with olanzapine on the basis of the former.Clinical curative effect and quality between two groups was compared.Results Combination group had significantly higher treatment effect rate than routine group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in QOL scores between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed increase in QOL scores,but combination group had significantly higher scores than routine group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of hydroxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and olanzapine can achieve positive effect on patients with cancerous visceral pain,alleviate pain degree,enhance clinical treatment efficiency,and improve life quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical application in future.
