Clinical Effect Analysis of Modified Bupleurum Powder for Relieving Liver-Qi for Patients with Chronic Gastritis of Liver Stomach Disharmony Type
Objective To study clinical effect of modified bupleurum powder for relieving liver-qi in treatment of chronic gastritis with liver stomach disharmony and its effect on life quality.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with chronic gastritis met research requirements from August 2021 to May 2023,and divided into control group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases)with sequential coding grouping method.Comparison was carried out between control group(treated with Western medicine)and experimental group(with Western medicine and modified bupleurum powder for relieving liver-qi):Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores;Life quality Scores(GIQLI).Serum inflammatory cytokine levels;Treatment effective rate;Pathological scores of gastric mucosal tissue;Adverse reactions.Results Effective rate of treatment in experimental group was 96.67%,that in control group was 80.00%,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,GIQLI scores,serum inflammatory factor level,and gastric mucosal tissue pathological scores were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).At 4 weeks of treatment,experimental group showed significant decrease in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,serum CRP,and gastric mucosal tissue pathological scores than control group,and GIQLI scores were higher than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was 13.33%,while that in control group was 10.00%.There was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified bupleurum powder for relieving liver-qi can achieve definite effect for chronic gastritis with liver and stomach disharmony,can reduce effect of the disease on life quality,improve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,inflammation levels,and pathological conditions of gastric mucosa tissue of gastritis patients,which has relatively high treatment safety.
