Improvement Evaluation of Sacubitril and Valsartan Sodium for Cardiac Function of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective To analyze improvement effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium on heart function of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods The paper chose 40 patients with chronic heart failure in outpatient clinic from January 2022 to June 2022 as study subjects,treated with routine diuretic and cardiac strengthening treatment,metoprolol treatment,and sacubitril valsartan sodium treatment.Changes in clinical symptoms,signs,cardiac function indicators,NT proBNP levels,6-minute walk test results,anxiety,depression,and life quality scores at 1 month,3 months,6 months,and 1 year after treatment were compared.Results After 1 month,3 months,6 months,and 1 year of treatment,various cardiac function indicators,NT proBNP levels,6-minute walking test results,anxiety scores,depression scores,and life quality scores of 40 cases gradually improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on routine diuretic and cardiac strengthening treatments,sacubitril valsartan sodium can actively improve heart function,alleviate symptoms,improve life quality and prognosis of chronic heart failure,which is safe and effective.
