Interventional Ultrasound Catheterization and Drainage in Treatment of Severe Pancreatitis
Objective To explore curative effect of interventional ultrasound catheter drainage in treatment of severe pancreatitis. Methods The paper chose 60 patients with severe pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly,A and B,with 30 cases in each group. Both groups was treated with routine anti-inflammatory and symptomatic treatment, while group B with interventional ultrasound catheterization and drainage treatment.Curative effect was compared and analyzed. Results Clinical effect of group B and PA levels at 3 and 7 days of treatment were higher than group A.Incidence of complications,intra-abdominal pressure, gastrointestinal decompression volume,CRP level, and symptom disappearance at 3 and 7 days of treatment recovery of blood amylase and length of stay was lower than group A.Comparison of indicators showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional ultrasound catheterization and drainage therapy can reduce intra-abdominal pressure and levels of inflammatory factors of severe pancreatitis, accelerate symptom disappearance and blood amylase recovery, with fewer complications during treatment, which has further clinical application and promotion value.
