The Value of C-reactive Protein Combined with Blood Routine Test in Diagnosis of Bacterial Infectious Diseases
Objective To analyze value of C-reactive protein combined with blood routine test in diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases. Methods The paper chose 81 patients with infectious diseases and 50 health examinees in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2022,treated with routine blood tests(indicators included white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, platelet count)and whole blood C-reactive egg white test.Blood routine test results and whole blood C-reactive protein levels of patients with infectious diseases and health examinees were compared and analyzed, blood routine test results and whole blood C-reactive protein levels of patients with different types of infections were compared and analyzed simultaneously. Results Blood routine test of patients with infectious diseases and healthy people showed, levels of white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, platelet count, and whole blood C-reactive protein in infectious diseases group were significantly higher than healthy group(P<0.05).Comparison of blood routine test and whole blood C-reactive protein levels of patients with different types of infections showed, bacterial infection group had significantly higher white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, platelet count, and whole blood C-reactive protein levels than viral infection group(P<0.05).Conclusion C-reactive protein combined with blood routine test can achieve good effect in diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases, can detect infectious diseases, and identify types of infectious diseases.
