Objective To analyze effect of levocarnitine combined with hemodialysis therapy in treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with hemodialysis,while observation group with levocarnitine.Curative effect was compared between two groups.Results Serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in observation group was lower than control group,and endogenous creatinine clearance rate was higher than control group.CRP,IL-6,TNF-α in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of levocarnitine and hemodialysis therapy can achieve significant improvement effect on renal function,inflammatory serum inflammatory indicators and life quality of patients with chronic renal failure,which is beneficial for disease control.
