Interventional Effect Analysis of Doxophylline Combined with Pentavirin on Elderly Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome
Objective To analyze intervention effect of Doxophylline combined with Pentavirin on elderly patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. Methods The paper chose 168 elderly patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to June 2022,and divided them into control group(84 cases, treated with pentavirin)and treatment group(84 cases, with doxorubicin on the basis of control group)randomly.Degree of drowsiness Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)and sleep quality Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),degree of nasal congestion Nose Obstruction Symptom Evaluation Scale(NOSE),ventilation status Sleep Apnea Hypoventilation Index(AHI),and degree of hypoxia Nighttime Blood Oxygen saturation(MSaO2),clinical effect, safety, and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ESS,PSQI,NOSE scores, and AHI levels of both groups were lower than control group, and MSaO2 was higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment, average levels of CRP and IL-6 in treatment group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment, there was no significant difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of Doxophylline and Pentavirin can reduce levels of inflammatory factors, improve sleep quality, nasal congestion, drowsiness, and hypoxia, and enhance clinical effect of patients.
