Research on theory of sweat pore has gradually become a hot topic in recent years,which was first seen in the Inner Canon of Huangdi.LIU Wansu understood it from a"micro"perspective,laid foundation for the theory.Through continuous research and development by later medical experts,it gradually improved into an independent syndrome differentiation system and was widely applied for explaining human physiology and pathogenesis.The article explores TCM external treatment of psoriasis from perspective of sweat pore theory,and analyzes mechanism of the theory to guide external treatment of psoriasis,to provide theoretical basis and treatment ideas for the TCM external treatment of psoriasis.
