Correlation Research Between Abnormal Blood Lipids and Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore correlation between abnormal blood lipids and acute cerebral infarction. Methods The paper chose 45 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted within 3 days of onset from February 2020 to February 2022 as observation group, and 45 individuals with physical examinations during the same period as control group, discussed and evaluated correlation between abnormal blood lipids and acute cerebral infarction. Results Research showed, observation group had more significant increase in total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol than control group(P<0.05),while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower than normal group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in detection results of TC,LDL-C,and HDL-C after cerebral infarction between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Further analysis shows abnormalities of TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,etc.are closely related to incidence of acute cerebral infarction,HDL-C levels decrease is a sensitive indicator of acute cerebral infarction.
