Adverse Reactions Incidence and Effect Observation of Omeprazole Combined with Atropine in Clinical Treatment of Acute Gastritis
Objective To study curative effect and incidence of adverse reactions of omeprazole combined with atropine in clinical treatment of acute gastritis. Methods The paper chose 60 patients with acute gastritis admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method, with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with omeprazole monotherapy, while observation group with atropine in combination with omeprazole.Based on different treatment plans, treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions was compared between two groups. Results Curative effect in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in control group was 43.33%,significantly higher than observation group,(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 inflammatory factors between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, average water content in observation group and control group decreased, that of observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Improvement time of gastritis symptoms in observation group was significantly less than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atropine combined with omeprazole can significantly reduce levels of inflammatory factors, shorten time for symptom improvement, improve comfort, and ensure clinical treatment effectiveness in clinical treatment of acute gastritis. At the same time, the treatment plan reduces risk of adverse reactions effectively, including headache, dry mouth, palpitations, and gastrointestinal discomfort, which has high application value and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
