Objective To analyze effect of early application of ilozumab on cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods The paper chose 112 patients with acute myocardial infarction from June 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 56 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with combined treatment with ilozumab and statin,while control group with early statin treatment after STEMI and NSTEMI.Cardiac function,LDL-C,and safety between two groups was compared after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cardiac function indicators and LDL-C between two groups,P>0.05.After treatment,there was improvement,and LVEF in observation group was higher than control group,levels of LVEDD,LVESD,and LDL-C were lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group,P<0.05,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Early application of ilozumab can promote rapid recovery of cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial infarction,improve cardiac function,and increase satisfaction degree of patients significantly.
