Effect Analysis of Refined Nursing Management during Nursing of Sanatoriums
Objective To explore effect of spiritual nursing management in nursing process of sanatoriums and study its nursing effect.Methods The paper chose 30 nursing staff with refined nursing management in our hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 as observation group,and 30 nursing staff with routine nursing management during the same period as control group.Effect of nursing staff management and nursing quality after management was compared between two groups.Results Effect of observation group after management was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Nursing quality assessment scores in the last week were significantly higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During nursing process of sanatoriums,refined nursing can improve effect of service quality and overall quality of recuperators,patients incline to choose professional nursing staff in sanatoriums for care during clinical visits,which can improve nursing quality and promote overall quality of rehabilitation.
