Intervention Effect Research of Continuous Management Model Based on IKAP Theory on Patients with Gastric Varicocele Hemorrhage
Objective To explore intervention effect of continuous management based on the IKAP theory on cases of gastric variceal rupture and bleeding. Methods The paper chose 50 cases of gastric variceal rupture and bleeding admitted to Digestive Department of Baiyin City the First People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 as experimental group for study, treated with IKAP continuation management, and chose 50 cases of gastric variceal rupture and bleeding in the hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 as control group, treated with routine management.Effect of two intervention methods on blood urea nitrogen and hemoglobin levels, healing status of ruptured varicose veins, rebleeding rate, formation of healthy lifestyle, anxiety and depression of patients with gastric variceal bleeding was compared. Results After hospitalization period, there was no significant difference in actual levels of blood urea nitrogen and hemoglobin indicators between two groups(P>0.05).Healing process of ruptured varicose veins in experimental group was faster, with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Re bleeding rate in experimental group was lower, there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).After being discharged for 3 months,HPLP-Ⅱ scores and compliance rate of experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Corresponding re bleeding rate of experimental group was lower than control group, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After discharging for one year, scores of Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)in experimental group were higher than control group, while scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous management based on the IKAP theory can achieve better intervention effect on cases of ruptured gastric varices bleeding than routine management, which is beneficial for accelerating healing of ruptured varices significantly, suppressing short-term rebleeding rates, promoting formation of healthy lifestyles, and improving negative psychological status of patients.
