Application Measures Analysis of Comfort Nursing for Perioperative Patients with Hemorrhoids
Objective To explore application measures of comfort nursing of patients with hemorrhoids during perioperative period.Methods The paper chose 116 hemorrhoids patients with perioperative treatment in proctology department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with comfort nursing.Recovery indicators,complications,pains and psychological status scores,and comfort scores were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had shorter postoperative first urination time,first defecation time,first defecation duration,granulation tissue flush time with wound,and wound healing time than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications including anal edema,incision infection,bleeding and urinary retention in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).VAS pain scores,SAS scores,and SDS scores after nursing in observation group were significantly lower than control group on the 1st,3rd,and 5th day after surgery(P<0.05).Observation group had higher comfort scores in physiological,psychological,and environmental aspects after nursing than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing can achieve significant effect,accelerate postoperative recovery,reduce complications,alleviate pains,improve psychological status,and enhance comfort of patients with hemorrhoids during perioperative period.
