Effect of Intensified Clinical Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Hemiplegia
Objective To observe effect of intensified rehabilitation nursing intervention on improving limb function,life quality,and self-care ability of patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods The paper chose general data of 60 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia from January 2021 to October 2021,and divided them into following two groups according to different nursing schemes.Control group of 30 cases was treated with routine nursing intervention,observation group of 30 cases were intensified rehabilitation nursing intervention.Recovery of limb function and improvement of life quality between two groups was compared after intervention.Results After 2 months of intervention,limb motor function scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Life quality improvement in observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention,improvement of self-care ability in observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention,improvement of daily living ability in observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensified rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve limb function,enhance life quality and self-care ability of cerebral infarction hemiplegic patients.
