Demand and Influencing Factors of Tuberculosis Patients in the New Era
Objective To analyze the health management services of tuberculosis patients in the new era.Methods Collect a total of 300 tuberculosis patients from January 2021 to December 2022,carry out questionnaire service demand for tuberculosis patients,grouping whether the patients have health management service demand,with demand group:a health management service demand,no demand group:no health management service demand;and analyze the main factors affecting the patients'health management service demand through Logistic regression.Results The health service needs of tuberculosis patients mainly included disease prevention,diet guidance,exercise guidance,tuberculosis prevention knowledge cards,health education and lifestyle guidance;health management services were significantly related to patient age,knowledge of disease,treatment time,treatment compliance,frequency of diseases and adverse drug reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors affecting the health management service needs of tuberculosis patients and they are closely related to individual factors and treatment conditions.In the new period,we should timely grasp and provide effective health management services according to patients'own conditions,so as to improve the management quality of tuberculosis patients.
