Nursing Cooperation Effect and VAS Scores Effect Evaluation in Operating Room For Femoral Head Necrosis Patients with Total Hip Arthroplasty
Objective To study nursing cooperation effect in operating room for femoral head necrosis patients treated with total hip arthroplasty.Methods The paper chose 54 patients with femoral head necrosis admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022,treated with total hip replacement surgery and divided them into control group and study group randomly,with 27 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while study group with nursing cooperation in operating room based on routine nursing.Various indicators between two groups were compared.Results After nursing,rehabilitation indicators in study group were better than control group(P<0.05).Hip joint function scores of study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).VAS scores of study group were lower than control group at 24 hours,48 hours,and 72 hours after surgery(P<0.05).Life quality scores of study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in study group was lower than control group,nursing satisfaction degree was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing cooperation in operating room can achieve significant effect for femoral head necrosis patients with total hip arthroplasty,can reduce intraoperative bleeding,accelerate postoperative recovery,improve hip joint function,alleviate patient pains,reduce complications,and establish harmonious nurse patient relationship effectively,which is worthy of promotion widely in clinical practice.
