Application Analysis of Quality Nursing for Patients with Cerebral Thrombosis and Evaluation of Nursing Quality and Satisfaction Degree
Objective To evaluate and analyze application value of quality nursing for patients with cerebral thrombosis,and evaluate nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patients.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 146 patients with cerebral thrombosis in Neurology Department of Nanyang City Second People's Hospital from May 2022 to April 2023,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 73 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with quality nursing measures,control group with routine nursing methods.Compliance rate analysis,neurological function evaluation,nursing quality evaluation,and satisfaction degree evaluation was carried out between two groups.Results ⑴ Compliance rate of observation group was better than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).⑵ Neurological deficit index of observation group was better than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Nursing quality scores of observation group were better than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(4)Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was better than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing methods can effectively improve compliance rate,promote neurological function recovery,and improve nursing quality of patients with cerebral thrombosis,with satisfied nursing effect for patients and their families,which has promotional value.
