Objective To explore clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention in nursing of traumatic fractures combined with multiple fractures.Methods The paper chose 106 patients with traumatic fractures combined with multiple fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 for study,and divided them into two groups based on different nursing modes.Control group(53 cases)was treated with routine nursing intervention,and observation group(53 cases)with combination of routine nursing and psychological nursing intervention.Clinical outcomes were recorded and analyzed,relevant indicator data were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in adverse psychological and pain scores between two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS scores,SDS scores,and pain scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical treatment of traumatic fractures combined with multiple fractures,psychological nursing intervention can improve negative psychology,alleviate pain,enhance compliance with medical work,and promote their early recovery of patients effectively.
