Objective To observe effect and value of quality nursing intervention for patients with tension-free hernia repair surgery.Methods The paper chose 86 patients with tension-free hernia repair surgery in our hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 as observation subjects,and randomly divided them into two groups,43 cases in experimental group were treated with quality nursing interventions,and 43 cases in control group with routine nursing interventions.Nursing effect was observed and compared between two groups.Results Experimental group had significantly better surgical indicators(incision pain,bed activity,hospital stay)(4.18±0.85)d,(1.79±0.18)d,and(6.18±1.15)d than(9.81±1.05)d,(3.62±0.32)d,and(10.83±1.45)d in control group,with P<0.05.Nursing satisfaction degree in experimental group was 97.67%,higher than 79.07%in control group,P<0.05.Total incidence of complications in experimental group(4.65%)was significantly lower than control group(25.58%),P<0.05.Experimental group showed significantly better negative emotion scores after nursing than control group,with P<0.05.Life quality scores in experimental group after nursing were significantly higher than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can achieve outstanding effect for patients with tension-free hernia repair,can optimize surgical indicators,reduce complications,and improve negative emotions and life quality,which is recommended for promotion.
