综合护理干预预防老年危重患者CRRT并发症的效果评价

目的 研究分析综合护理干预在预防老年危重患者CRRT并发症的效果。方法 选取2022年1-12月本院收治的老年危重症CRRT治疗患者100例为研究对象，按照护理方法的不同分为对照组与实验组，每组50例。对照组采用常规护理，实验组采用综合护理。分析比较两组患者护理有效性、并发症发生率等指标。结果 实验组患者护理各项指标优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 综合护理干预预防老年危重患者CRRT并发症的效果较好，可以在临床中广泛开展使用。
Effect Evaluation of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Preventing CRRT Complications of Critically Ill Elderly Patients
Objective To study and analyze effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on preventing complications of CRRT of critically ill elderly patients.Methods The paper chose 100 elderly critically ill patients treated with CRRT in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while experimental group with comprehensive nursing.Indicators including nursing effect and incidence of complications were analyze and compared between two groups.Results Nursing indicators of experimental group improved significantly,with P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can achieve good effect in preventing CRRT complications of elderly critically ill patients,which can be widely applied in clinical practice.
