Causes of Long-term Catheter Blockage in Hemodialysis and Targeted Nursing Measures
Objective To explore causes of long-term catheter blockage of patients with hemodialysis treatment and clinical effect of targeted preventive nursing for catheter blockage.Methods The paper reviewed and studied clinical data of 18 long-term catheter blockage patients with hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023,analyzed its causes,took targeted nursing interventions and observed condition of catheter before and after nursing.Results There was significant difference in catheter blockage rate before and after targeted preventive nursing for 18 patients,indicating statistical significance,with P<0.05.Conclusion Targeted prevention of catheter blockage nursing intervention is of great significance for nursing of hemodialysis patients,can reduce occurrence of catheter blockage,which has significant clinical value,and is worth promoting.
