信息化系统的应用对生殖门诊缩短各项诊疗等候时间及提高患者满意度的影响

目的 探讨信息化系统的应用对生殖门诊缩短各项诊疗等候时间及提高患者满意度的影响。方法 选择2022年6-12月于生殖医学中心就诊的患者2400例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=1200)和对照组(n=1200),研究组采用信息化系统,对照组采用一般门诊系统,对比两组应用效果。结果 研究组在各项诊疗环节的等候时间均明显缩短,总等候时间缩短了约46。40min,缩短比例为37。51%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0。001)。研究组在各项患者满意度指标上均有明显提升,总体满意度提高分数为6分,提高比例为21。20%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0。001)。结论 信息化系统通过优化生殖门诊流程、提高效率、加强沟通及资源优化配置等,能减少患者等待时间,提高服务质量,提高满意度。
Effect of Information Systems on Shortening Waiting Time of Diagnosis and Treatment in Reproductive Clinics and Improving Satisfaction Degree of Patients
Objective To explore application effect of information system on shortening waiting time of diagnosis and treatment in reproductive clinics and improving satisfaction degree of patients.Methods The paper chose patients in reproductive medicine center from June 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into study group(n=1200)and control group(n=1200)randomly.Study group was treated with information system,while control group with general outpatient system.Results Waiting time of study group in various diagnosis and treatment stages was significantly shortened,with total waiting time of about 46.4 minutes,reduction rate of 37.51%,with statistical significance between two groups,(P<0.001).Study group showed more significant improvement in various satisfaction degree indicators,with overall satisfaction improvement scores of 6 points and an improvement rate of 21.20%,with statistical significance between two groups,(P<0.001).Conclusion Information systems can reduce waiting time,improve service quality,and increase satisfaction degree of patients by optimizing reproductive outpatient processes,improving efficiency,strengthening communication,and optimizing resource allocation.
