摘要
本文对居家护理模式在恶性实体肿瘤患儿管理中的应用进行研究和回顾,介绍了居家护理的概念与发展历程、居家护理在恶性实体肿瘤患儿中的应用,指出居家护理模式在恶性实体肿瘤患儿护理中的作用:提高患儿生活质量、提高照顾者的居家疾病管理能力以降低其照顾负担和心理焦虑抑郁、促进护患间的彼此信任及促进医疗资源的合理分配以提高就医满意度和效率,为构建标准化的恶性实体肿瘤患儿居家护理方案提供借鉴.
Abstract
The paper researched and reviewed home care model in management of children with malignant solid tumors,including concept and development process of home care,application of home care for children with malignant solid tumors,pointed out effect of home care model in future development of children with malignant solid tumors:improving life quality of children,enhancing home disease management ability of caregivers,reducing care burden and psychological anxiety and depression,promoting mutual trust between nurses and patients,and promoting reasonable allocation of medical hospitals,improving medical satisfaction degree and efficiency,providing reference for construction of standardized home care plans for children with malignant solid tumors.
