Effect and Action Mechanism Discussion of Carboprost Tromethamine for Patients with Postpartum Hemorrhage
Objective To carry on unified study and analysis on effect and improvement of various indicators of different treatment plans for postpartum hemorrhage patients. Methods The paper reviewed and studied 50 patients with postpartum hemorrhage(sample size:50 cases)in our hospital from June 2020 to August 2021,and divided them into group A and B,with 25 cases in each groups,(based on random number table method),treated with different treatment schemes(oxytocin for group A and carboprost tromethamine for group B),and observed condition for 7 days continuously after the cessation of bleeding.Various indicators were compared and analyzed between groups, including effect(after treatment),postpartum hemorrhage(after treatment),various serum indicators, and coagulation function(before and after treatment). Results After treatment, total clinical effective rate of group B was 92.00%,higher than 68.00%of group A.Decrease in hemoglobin levels at 24 hours postpartum in group B was lower than group A.The third stage of labor time in group B was shorter than group A.Group B had less bleeding at 2 hours postpartum than Group A.After treatment, plasma Fg and serum NO,NOS,and BNP levels of both groups showed significant decrease trend(compared than before treatment),and group B was at a lower level(than group A).Plasma APTT and PT of both groups were shortened(compared with before treatment),that of group B was shorter(than group A),Statistical processing result showed P<0.05,with significant difference. Conclusion During clinical practice, carboprost tromethamine has better overall effect than oxytocin for postpartum hemorrhage patients, can strengthen uterine contractions and reduce postpartum hemorrhage, which has more significant effect.
