Clinical Effect Analysis of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Dysphagia of Stroke Patients
Objective To explore clinical improvement effect and specific effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on dysphagia of stroke patients,to alleviate treatment pain and improve clinical treatment effect of stroke patients.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with dysphagia admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 for clinical treatment,and divided them into clinical control group(n=40)and combined treatment group(n=40)randomly.Clinical control group was treated with conventional stroke treatment mode,while combined treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with swallowing rehabilitation training mode.Clinical treatment effect and improvement of swallowing function was analyzed and compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of clinical treatment in combined treatment group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),difference was statistically significant.Improvement of swallowing dysfunction and life quality scores in combined treatment group after treatment were significantly better than clinical control group(P<0.05),difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Study found that combination of TCM syndrome differentiation acupuncture and rehabilitation training can improve clinical treatment effect of stroke patients effectively,reduce incidence of dysphagia,improve life quality,and speed up rehabilitation of stroke patients,which has broad clinical application prospects.
