微生物检验技术在生活饮用水监测中的应用价值探讨

目的 探讨微生物检验技术在生活饮用水监测中的应用价值。方法 抽取2020年3月—2022年5月江苏省丰水期和枯水期样本各50份,不同样本检验技术分别为滤膜法(对照组)、多管发酵法(观察组),利用不同的方式检验后,对比两组水样的微生物检测情况。结果 两组不同的检验方式对杂菌以及大肠菌群的检测结果没有明显差异(P>0。05)。观察组对耐热大肠菌群与大肠埃希菌的检测结果优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 两种检测方式对饮用水中的微生物都有一定的检出能力,有助于水质安全的测定,但多管发酵法检验方式相对来说能够取得更好的结果。
Application Value Discussion of Microbial Testing Technology in Drinking Water Monitoring
Objective To explore application value of microbial testing technology in detection of drinking water.Methods The paper chose 50 samples from both wet and dry seasons from March 2020 to May 2022 with different sample testing techniques,including membrane filtration(control group)and multi tube fermentation(observation group).Microbial detection results between two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in detection results of mixed bacteria and Escherichia coLI between two different testing methods,(P>0.05).Observation group had better detection effect of heat-resistant Escherichia coli and Escherichia coli than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both detection methods have certain detection effect for microorganisms in drinking water,which is helpful for determination of water quality.However,multi tube fermentation method can relatively achieve better effect.
