Clinical Study on Combination of Dense Silver Needle and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation in Treatment of Postoperative Lumbar Syndrome
Objective To explore clinical study of dense silver needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in treatment of postoperative lumbar syndrome.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with postoperative lumbar syndrome in our hospital from August 2022 to April 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment,while observation group with intensive silver needle treatment.Clinical effect,lumbar function,pain status,life quality,disease dependence,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 3 months of treatment,ODI scores and VAS pain scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group,while JOA scores were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).SF-36 scores and FIM scores of observation group were higher than control group after 2 weeks of treatment and 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).Both groups showed no significant adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Dense silver needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation can achieve significant clinical effect in treatment of postoperative lumbar syndrome,can improve lumbar function,alleviate pain,and improve life quality effectively.
