Clinical Study on Combination of Oblique Acupuncture at Pain Points and MET Exercise Acupuncture in Treatment of Grade I-Ⅲ Knee Osteoarthritis
Objective To analyze and explore clinical effect of oblique needling of pain points combined with MET exercise acupuncture on patients with grade I-Ⅲ knee osteoarthritis. Methods The paper chose 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis from January 2021 to March 2023 as study subjects, and divided them into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases with random number table method.Basic treatment plan for two groups was same, treatment group was treated with oblique needling of pain points combined with MET exercise acupuncture, and control group with electroacupuncture therapy.Comparative analysis was carried out on curative effect between two groups.Resutls Before treatment, there was no significant difference in comparison of bone and joint indices between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, bone and joint indices of treatment group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Total clinical effect, joint effusion effect, synovial thickness effect, and life quality scores of treatment group were higher than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment plan of oblique needling at pain points combined with MET exercise acupuncture can improve clinical effect and life quality of patients with grade I-Ⅲ knee osteoarthritis significantly, with good optimization effect of various clinical indicators, which is worthy of promotion.
